These practices are designed to deliver the products to their destination in good condition. Aluminum and magnesium products must be preserved and packed so as to be adequately protected from possible damage during shipment and storage. Major damage type are: mechanical and corrosion or water stain. These practices are classified according to levels of protection: Level A and commercial packaging.
