This specification covers requirements for demonstrating that a building´s location is in sufficient proximity to a range of establishments, services, and other amenities (referred to as ""neighborhood assets"" in this specification) and thus provides an opportunity for occupants to use walking as a means of transportation to conduct errands or other typical activities.
