Description / Abstract: This document specifies a method of measuring piezoelectric properties of piezoelectric fine ceramics and other piezoelectric devices. It applies to electrical transient response methods for evaluating the piezoelectric properties of piezoelectric fine ceramics resonators under high vibration levels.
