Diese ÖNORM enthält Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Gehaltes an stickstoffhaltigen Stoffen und - soweit erforderlich - an Ammoniumsalzen im Leder. Weiters dient sie der Berechnung der stickstoffhaltigen Stoffe, gegebenenfalls nach Abzug der Ammoniumsalze, als Hautsubstanz.
