Diese Europäische Norm legt die Bestimmung der Wasserzahl von ethoxylierten Produkten mit einem Massenanteil an Ethylenoxid bis zu etwa 70 % fest. EO/PO-Blockpolymere mit Wasserzahlen größer als etwa 23 sind schwierig zu interpretieren.
