Diese Europäische Norm legt das Prüfverfahren und die Prüfeinrichtung zur Bestimmung der Wärmeleistung von Deckenheizflächen nach den Festlegungen in 3.1, 3.2 und 3.3 fest. Dieser Teil der Norm gilt für die Bestimmung der Wärmeleistung, wenn Kühldecken nach EN 14240 auch zum Heizen benutzt werden.
