Diese Europäische Norm beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Aufnahme eines Infrarotspektrums. Sie gilt für alle organischen Stoffe auf der Basis von Kunstharzen vor deren Anwendung und insbesondere, bei Zweikomponenten- Produkten, für jede einzelne Komponente vor dem Mischen. Sie gilt insbesondere für Polymeremulsionen (Latex), die mit hyraulischen Bindemitteln gemischt werden sollen.
