Diese Norm legt eine Methode zur Bestimmung des Schwefelgehaltes in Stahl und Eisen mit Infrarotabsorption nach Verbrennung im Induktionsofen fest. Das Verfahren ist auf Schwefelgehalte zwischen 0,002 % (m/m) und 0,10 % (m/m) anwendbar.
