Diese Europäische Norm legt die Eigenschaften von Ringkabelschuhen aus vernickeltem Kupfer zum Crimpen auf vernickelten Kupferleitern nach EN 2083 fest. Die Kabelschuhe sind zur Verwendung mit Inch-Gewindebolzen bei Temperaturen bis zu 340 °C bestimmt. Diese Norm sollte in Verbindung mit EN 3373-001 angewendet werden.
