Diese Internationale Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der in Kaliumhydroxidlösung löslichen Proteine in Sojaschrot, Rapsschrot und Sonnenblumen(kern)schrot fest, die anschließend durch Anwenden des in ISO 5983-1 und ISO 5983-2 festgelegten Kjeldahl-Verfahrens untersucht werden.
