Diese Internationale Norm legt ein Verfahren zur quantitativen Bestimmung von freiem (nicht proteingebundenen) Lysin, Methionin und Threonin in handelsüblichen Produkten und Vormischungen fest, die mehr als etwa 10 % Massenanteil der entsprechenden Aminosäure enthalten. Es unterscheidet nicht zwischen D- und L-Formen.
