Diese ÖNORM beschreibt ein spektralphotometrisches Verfahren (Aufschluß mit Schwefelsäure-Salpetersäure-Gemisch, Reduktion und Reaktion mit Molybdänblau) zur Bestimmung des Gesamtphosphorgehaltes von Stärke und Stärkederivaten. Das Verfahren ist anwendbar, soferne der Masseanteil an P nicht mehr als 5 % beträgt.
