Damit diese neue komplexe Konzeption aus europäischen und nationalen Regelwerken von den Anwendern verstanden wird, werden vom ZVSHK Kommentare verfasst. Die DIN EN 806-1 beschreibt technische Begriffe, grafische Symbole und Kurzzeichen, die übergreifend für alle anderen Normenteile von DIN EN 806, DIN EN 1717 und DIN 1988 anzuwenden sind. Alle Ausführungs- und Revisionszeichnungen sind zukünftig nach den Vorgaben dieser Norm zeichnerisch darzustellen.
