Im Rahmen des Forschungsvorhabens "Nachhaltig Bauen mit Beton" wurde am IWB die zentrale Onlineplattform "NBB-Info" entwickelt. Dabei handelt es sich um ein dynamisches, webbasiertes Informationssystem, welches mittels HTML, PHP, SQL und Java Script erstellt wurde. Es dient zum Austausch von Daten zwischen den verschiedenen Teilprojekten und zur Präsentation der Ergebnisse. Hauptbestandteile des Gesamtsystems sind die Dokumentenliste, eine Datenbank und ein Thesaurus, auf deren Funktionen jeder Nutzer, in Abhängigkeit von den an ihn vom Administrator vergebenen Nutzerrechten, in unterschiedlichem Maße zugreifen kann. Mittels Screenshots werden die Arbeitsweise und die verschiedenen Funktionen von "NBB-Info" weiter erläutert.
