Um die Qualität bei der Gesundheitsversorgung mess- und nachprüfbar zu gestalten, müssen Qualitätsmerkmale ermittelt und beschrieben werden. Die allgemeinen Anforderungen an ein QM-System sind in der ISO 9001 festgelegt, die die Basis für eine bereichsspezifische Norm des Qualitätsmanagementsystems für Organisationen der Gesundheitsversorgung (DIN EN 15224:2012-12) bildet. Der Autor erläutert zielgruppenorientiert die Inhalte beider Normen und vergleicht sie.
