Die 16. Auflage 2018 des DIN-Taschenbuchs 13/1 "Abwassertechnik 1" stellt die relevanten Normen für Planung, Berechnung und Bau sowie Betrieb, Wartung und Instandhaltung von Entwässerungsanlagen für Gebäude und Grundstücke bereit (Originaltexte, verkleinert auf das Format A5). Enthalten sind u. a. die aktualisierten Fassungen der Normenreihe DIN 1986 "Entwässerungsanlagen für Gebäude und Grundstücke" (Teile 3, 4, 30 und 100). Besondere Bedeutung kommt dabei dem Teil 100 der DIN 1986 (2016-12) zu, der in Verbindung mit der Normenreihe DIN EN 12056 die für Deutschland notwendige Vorgehensweise konkretisiert. Auch die DIN EN 1253 "Abläufe für Gebäude" wurde vollständig überarbeitet und umstrukturiert. Ergänzt wird dieser Band durch Normen zu Leistungsanforderungen und Konformitätsbewertung für wichtige Entwässerungsgegenstände.
