Die Technische Regel für Rohrfernleitungsanlagen (TRFL) gilt für die Errichtung, den Betrieb, die Änderung sowie die Prüfung von Rohrfernleitungsanlagen entsprechend §§ 20 ff. des Gesetzes über die Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung (UVPG) in Verbindung mit der Rohrfernleitungsverordnung (RohrFLtgV). Die TRFL wurde auf Grund des neuen Wasserhaushaltsgesetzes und daraus resultierenden Änderungen in der Rohrfernleitungsverordnung überarbeitet. Damit entspricht diese Taschenbuch-Ausgabe inhaltlich dem aktuellen Stand der Technik. Sie stellt einen Auszug aus dem UVPG, die RohrFLtgV, die BetrSichV und den Volltext der TRFL (Stand 2017-05) bereit. Die Dokumente sind im Original, verkleinert auf das Format A5, abgedruckt.
