1.1?This specification covers bare round copper-clad aluminum wire for electrical applications.

1.2?Four classes of copper-clad aluminum wire are covered as follows:
Class 10ANominal 10 volume % copper, annealed,
Class 15ANominal 15 volume % copper, annealed,
Class 10HNominal 10 volume % copper, hard-drawn,
Class 15HNominal 15 volume % copper, hard-drawn.
