1.1 This specification provides a means of establishing requirements for copolymers of vinyl chloride in original powder form intended for subsequent mixing and processing in thermoplastic compositions. 1.2 Amount of Comonomer- This specification covers copolymers of vinyl chloride containing up to 45% of the comonomers described in 4.1. 1.3 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as the standard. 1.4 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety problems, if any, associated with its use.
