1.1 This specification covers commercial electric food cutters with a rotating shallow bowl to carry food products through a set of rotating vertical knives that are on an axis perpendicular to the radii of the bowl. The food cutter can be for counter or table mounting, furnished with or without a table. 1.2 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as standard.
