Commercial dishwashing racks shall be classified as follows: Type I (Types IA, IB, IC, ID, IE, and IF); Type II (Type IIA, IIB, IIC, IID, and IIE); Type III; Type IV; Type V; and Type VI. Impact test, bow test, visual examination, and dimensional examination shall be performed to conform with the specified requirements.
