Norma platí pro fyzikálně chemický rozbor zemin a vod, prováděný v rámci korozních průzkumů současně s ČSN 03 8360. Podstata zkoušky: Podle požadavků jednotlivých postupů korozních průzkumů se v rámci fyzikálně chemického rozboru zemin a vod provádí: U zemin: stanovení vlhkosti, stanovení pH reakce zemin, dusičnanů, chloridů, celkové síry organických látek a železa. U vod: celková tvrdost vody, stanovení pH, chloridů, síranů, oxidovatelnosti, železa, dusičnanů, měrné vodivosti a obsahu agresivního oxidu uhličitého. ČSN 03 8361 byla schválena 24.8.1990 a nabyla účinnosti od 1.8.1991. Nahradila ČSN 03 8361 z 1.4.1978
