Touto normou se zavádí ST SEV 3057-81 jako ČSN, jíž se pro potřeby tehdejší ČSSR (ČSFR), resp. ČR norma RVHP doplňuje o dva články. Norma RVHP platí pro posouvačové rozvaděče na jmenovitý tlak do 32 MPa, určené pro hydrostatické mechanismy pracující s minerálními oleji anebo s jinými kapalinami podobných vlastností. ČSN 11 9128 byla schválena 24.9. 982 a nabyla účinnosti od 1.1.1984. Nahradila ČSN 11 9305 z r.1972. "Změnou a)-6/1985" se s účinností od 1.7.1985 provádí v normě drobné změny (odkazy na nové ČSN). "Změnou b)-7-8/1987" se s účinností od 1.9.1987 provádí v normě drobné změny (odkazy na nové ČSN)
