Tato norma je překladem ST SEV 5663-86 bez doplňků pro ČSSR. Norma platí pro axiální pístové a lamelové hydrogenerátory a hydromotory pro jmenovité tlaky do 40 MPa, určené pro pohon hydrostatických mechanismů, ve kterých se používají minerální oleje nebo jiné kapaliny s obdobnými vlastnostmi. Norma předepisuje zkoušky pro nejrůznější technické parametry, které jsou předepsány ČSN 11 9008. Pokud jde o požadavky bezpečnosti odkazuje na ČSN 11 9009. ČSN 11 9313 byla schválena 10.8.1987 a nabyla účinnosti od 1.7.1988
