V této normě jsou zapracovány údaje z ISO 728:1981 Koks (nominální max. zrnění větší než 20 mm). Údaje souhlasné s ISO 728:1981 jsou označeny čárou na levém okraji. Podstata zkoušky: Vzorek koksu se roztřídí na kontrolních sítech podle předepsaného postupu. Výsledek se vyjádří kumulativními procenty hmotnosti koksu zbylého na sítech s různou velikostí otvorů nebo procenty obsahu podsítného a nadsítného na sítech s rozměry ok odpovídajícími příslušnému druhu koksu. ČSN 44 1342 byla vydána v dubnu 1993. Nahradila ČSN 44 1342 z 23.12.1970
