platí pro výpočet stavebních konstrukcí včetně základů (dále jen konstrukcí) zatížených dynamickými účinky strojů a strojních zařízení, spočívajících na základové půdě přímo nebo prostřednictvím pružných prvků. Materiál konstrukcí může být libovolný. Konstrukce se navrhují podle ČSN EN 1990 až ČSN EN 1999 (dále jen Eurokódy). Pro provádění výpočtů stavebních konstrukcí navržených podle jiných norem platí také zásady ČSN ISO 13822 a ČSN 73 0038.
