Touto normou se zavádí ST SEV 4419-83 jako ČSN, jíž se pro potřeby tehdejší ČSSR (ČSFR), resp. ČR doplnily 4 termíny, které nesouvisí s ochranou zdraví. Norma RVHP platí pro stavební konstrukce z prostého, železového a předepjatého obyčejného hutného betonu, konstrukce kovové, asbestocementové, kamenné a dřevěné a stanovuje názvy z oblasti koroze a protikorozní ochrany v české, slovenské a ruské řeči. Česky je definováno cca 53 hesel. ČSN 73 0080 byla schválena 20.8.1985 a nabyla účinnosti od 1.1.1988
