Tento dokument specifikuje technické dodací podmínky pro ploché a dlouhé výrobky z legovaných ušlechtilých ocelí s vyšší mezí kluzu. Značky ocelí a jakostní stupně jsou uvedeny v tabulkách 1 až 3 (chemické složení) a v tabulkách 4 až 6 (mechanické vlastnosti) a jsou dodávány v zušlechtěném stavu.
Oceli uvedené v tomto dokumentu jsou určeny na ploché výrobky válcované za tepla v rozmezí tlouštěk od minimálně 3 mm do maximálně 200 mm včetně, z ocelí S460, S500, S550, S620 a S690, maximální jmenovité tloušťky 125 mm pro oceli S890 a S960 u ocelí, které po zušlechťování mají mez kluzu od 460 MPa do 960 MPa
