Zkušební evropská norma určuje metodu pro stanovení soudržnosti malt pro jednovrstvé vnější omítky s podkladem, jímž mohou být různé zdicí materiály. Podstata zkoušení spočívá v přípravě zkušebních vrstev malty na podkladech z různých zdicích prvků. Po 28 denním zatvrdnutí jsou vystaveny vlivu teploty 60 °C, působení mrazu při teplotě - 15 °C a relativní vlhkosti 65 %. Po tepelném působení se vrstvy malty podrobí zkoušce propustnosti vody a přídržnosti.
