Tato evropská norma stanoví technické dodací podmínky pro předvýrobky a tyče z nelegovaných ušlechtilých ocelí, uvedených v tabulkách 3 a 5. Výrobky se dodávají v jednom ze stavů tepelného zpracování uvedených v řádcích 2 až 4 tabulky 1 a s jedním z provedení povrchů podle tabulky 2. Ve zvláštních případech mohou být při objednávání dohodnuty odchylky od těchto technických dodacích podmínek nebo dodatky k nim (viz přílohu A). Současně platí k údajům této evropské normy všeobecné technické dodací podmínky podle EN 10021, pokud není dále uvedeno jinak
