Tato norma popisuje zkušební metodu pro stanovení vhodnosti kameniva a kationaktivních emulzí pro kalové vrstvy, případně i vliv dalších přísad. Tato norma se používá pro tenké kalové vrstvy. POZNÁMKA 1 - Tento postup používá normalizované složení směsi; tato metoda může být také využita pro hodnocení účinků různých zrnitostí a obsahu pojiva, toto použití ovšem není součástí této normy. POZNÁMKA 2 - Přísady ovlivňující vyštěpení emulze lze také zkoušet za normalizovaných podmínek. Zkoušku lze také používat pro zjištění účinků určitého druhu asfaltu nebo emulgátoru.
