Tato evropská norma stanoví bezpečnostní požadavky a metody zkoušení pro měkké nosiče bez rámu, jejichž nedílnou součástí jsou otvory pro dolní končetiny, a jsou určené k přepravě dítěte, pokud jsou připevněny k trupu opatrovníka.
