Tato norma udává metodu pro použití iontoměničové pryskyřice pro stanovení obsahu chelatovaných mikroživin a chelatované frakce mikroživin (stopových prvků) kobaltu, mědi, železa, manganu a zinku v hnojivech. Tato metoda je použitelná pro hnojiva obsahující jednu nebo více mikroživin kobaltu, mědi, železa, manganu a zinku, chelatované jedním nebo více chelatačními činidly ze skupiny polyamino polykarboxylových kyselin, dříve stanovených podle EN 13368-1 a EN 13368-2, a to obsažených buď samostatně nebo v kombinaci s primárními (N, P, K) a/nebo sekundárními (S, Na, Ca, Mg) živinami.
