Tato evropská norma uvádí metodu pro měření průniku chloridových iontů do zatvrdlých výrobků, na bázi CC nebo PCC, pro ochranu a opravy betonových konstrukcí. Ustanovení této normy jsou použitelná pro cementové zálivky, malty a betony s maximálním zrnem kameniva 20 mm. Při zkoušce se zkušební tělesa ponoří do 3% roztoku NaCl v demineralizované vodě. Po předepsané době uložení se z každého zkušebního tělesa odeberou vzorky materiálu ze tří hloubek a stanoví se obsah chloridových iontů v těchto vzorcích. Základní úroveň obsahu chloridů se zjišťuje na kontrolním tělese po uložení v demineralizované vodě
