Tuto část EN 1453 lze také použít pro trubky a potrubní systémy z trubek se strukturovanou stěnou z neměkčeného polyvinylchloridu (PVC-U), určené pro následující účely: - zavzdušňovací potrubí spojené s odvodem odpadní vody; - potrubí pro odvod dešťové vody uvnitř budov. Tato norma také specifikuje zkušební parametry pro metody uvedené v normách, na které se odkazuje. Tato norma pokrývá rozsah jmenovitých rozměrů trubek a uvádí doporučení týkající se barev.
