A1 Tato norma se vztahuje na hydraulické stavební pojivo pro nekonstrukční použití ve stavebnictví a používá se pro přípravu malt pro zdění, malt pro vnitřní a vnější omítání a pro výrobu jiných nenosných stavebních výrobků. Norma určuje definice a složení hydraulického stavebního pojiva pro nekonstrukční použití (HB) (Hydraulic Binder for non-structural applications). Dále specifikuje požadavky na fyzikální, mechanické a chemické vlastnosti a definuje třídy pevností. EN 15368 stanovuje rovněž kritéria shody a související postupy. Jsou rovněž uvedeny nezbytné požadavky na trvanlivost
