Tento dokument popisuje požadavky a zkušební metody pro parafinickou motorovou naftu prodávanou a dodá-vanou jako takovou, obsahující až 7,0 % (V/V) methylesteru mastných kyselin (FAME). Je použitelná jako palivo pro použití ve vznětových motorech a vozidlech kompatibilních s parafinickou naftou. Dokument specifikuje dvě třídy parafinické motorové nafty: s vysokým cetanovým číslem a normálním cetanovým číslem.

Parafinická motorová nafta vzniká ze syntézních nebo hydrorafinačních procesů
