A1 Tato norma byla vypracována jako harmonizovaná norma ve smyslu směrnice EU týkající se strojních zařízení a příslušných předpisů EFTA. Popisuje rozměry otvorů pro přístup celého těla pro strojní zařízení. Udává rozměry, ke kterým lze použít údaje uvedené v EN 547-3. V příloze A jsou uvedeny přídavné požadavky na prostor.
