Tato část normy specifikuje požadavky na dva typy teplem smrštitelných fluoroelastomerových trubiček se zpomaleným hořením, odolné tekutinám, s poměrem smrštění 2:1 a pro použití do teploty 200 °C. Typ A: silná stěna; typ B: tenká stěna. Tyto trubičky jsou obvykle dodávány s vnitřním průměrem do 51 mm a standardně v černé barvě. Rozměry nebo barvy kromě těch, které jsou přesně specifikovány v této normě, jsou dovoleny jako uživatelská provedení. U těchto provedení je zvažováno, zda vyhovují této normě, pokud splňují požadavky uvedené v tabulkách 3, 4, 5 a 6 a to kromě rozměrů a hmotnosti.
