Tato část normy specifikuje požadavky pro teplem smrštitelné (nízký a vysoký poměr smrštění) trubičky z PTFE. Jsou běžně dostupné s normalizovaným vnitřním průměrem do 12 mm ve třech tloušťkách stěny s nízkým stupněm smrštění (listy 240, 241 a 242) a do 100 mm vnitřního průměru s jednou tloušťkou stěny s vysokým stupněm smrštění (list 243).
