Norma obsahuje zkušební postupy pro ověření účinnosti korozní ochrany ocelové výztuže uložené v dílcích z autoklávovaného pórobetonu nebo dílcích z mezerovitého pórobetonu z pórovitého kameniva. Norma uvádí tři různé metody krátkodobých zkoušek. Zkušební metody se mohou použít k posouzení základní vhodnosti protikorozního ochranného systému v kombinaci se definovaným postupem výroby pro výrobu vyztužených dílců. Tyto metody je možno používat rovněž k běžné kontrole výroby.
