E06 Podle této normy se laboratorní metodou zjišťuje odolnost barvy textilií při pokapání zředěnými roztoky alkálií. Jsou uvedeny alkálie s odlišným účinkem (přísností). Podle druhu vláken, ze kterých je textilie zhotovena je možné použít všechny nebo jednu. Zkušební vzorek se pokápne alkálií a změna odstínu se ohodnotí buď po usušení nebo za vlhka podle šedé stupnice nebo přístrojově.
