Tato mezinárodní norma popisuje dvě metody pro stanovení 15 polycyklických aromatických uhlovodíků (PAU) v živočišných a rostlinných tucích a olejích. Obecná metoda a specifická metoda pro kokosový olej a rostlinné oleje s mastnými kyselinami s krátkým řetězcem.
