  • - octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4);
  • - decamethylcyclopentasiloxane (D5);
  • - dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane (D6);

This method requires the use of gas chromatography (GC) equipped with a single quadrupole mass spectrometer (MS) to identify and quantify the cyclosiloxanes
