stanovuje laboratorní metodu měření emise vibrací přenášených na ruce na rukojetích ručních mechanizovaných prostřihávaček a nůžek. Jedná se o postup typové zkoušky ke stanovení velikosti vibrací v oblastech úchopu nářadí běžícího za stanovených zkušebních podmínek. Záměrem je, aby se výsledky používaly k porovnání různých modelů stejného typu nářadí. Tato část ČSN EN ISO 28927 platí pro prostřihávačky a nůžky (viz kapitola 5) poháněné pneumaticky nebo jinými prostředky, které jsou určeny pro stříhání tabulového plechu nebo kompozitních materiálů
