Tento dokument udává dvě metody:

  • - referenční metodu pro stanovení obsahu vlhkosti zrn kukuřice a mleté kukuřice, krup, krupice a kukuřičné mouky, viz kapitola 4;
  • - rutinní metodu pro vyhodnocení obsahu vlhkosti v celých zrnech kukuřice, viz kapitola 5.

Druhá uvedená metoda není vhodná pro expertní zprávy, kalibraci či kontrolu vlhkoměrů, protože vůči referenční metodě vykazuje významnou strannost (viz tabulka B.3)
