Tato mezinárodní norma specifikuje metodu stanovení obsahu volných alfa-, beta-, gama- a delta-tokoferolů a tokotrienolů (označovaných souhrnně jako tokoly) v živočišných a rostlinných tucích a olejích (označovaných níže jako tuky) metodou vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie (HPLC).
