V1.1.1 Tato norma pokrývá posuzování všech rádiových vysílačů/přijímačů sdružených s induktivními vysílači a přijímači aktivních lékařských implantátů velmi nízkého výkonu (ULP AMI), pracujících v rozsahu 9 kHz až 315 kHz a kterýchkoliv souvisejících vnějších rádiových zařízení (ULP AMI-P) vysílajících v rozsahu 9 kHz až 315 kHz, včetně vnějších programovacích a telekomunikačních zařízení vztahujích se na pacienty, pokud jde o elektromagnetickou kompatibilitu (EMC). Nerádiové části uvedených zařízení mohou být podle vhodnosti pokryty jinými směrnicemi a/nebo normami.
