V1.1.1 Tato norma platí pro pevné digitální rádiové systémy (FDRS) mezi bodem a více body, určené pro provoz v kmitočtových pásmech, která vyžadují koordinaci. Rovněž platí pro jejich antény mezi dvěma body používané v koncové a/nebo opakovací stanici systémů FDRS mezi bodem a více body. Tyto antény mohou být buď nedílnou součástí zařízení, nebo mohou být použity jako samostatná část zařízení (venkovní jednotka). Pokud není k dispozici harmonizovaná norma, může notifikovaný orgán definovat pro zařízení mezi bodem a více body, pracující v kmitočtovém rozsahu pod 1 GHz, meze základních jevů, jako je hustota EIRP mimo osu (RPE), zisk antény a rozlišení křížové polarizace, stejně jako jejich zkušební metody, podle Směrnice 1999/5/EC [1] (Směrnice R&TTE).
