Mléko a mléčné výrobky - Extrakční metody pro lipidy a složky rozpustné v tuku Norma specifikuje metody extrakce nebo separace reprezentativní části tuku, obsahující lipidy a složky rozpustné v tuku. Podstatou metody je extrakce lipidové frakce vhodnými rozpouštědly, v případě másla a jiných vysokotučných výrobků se tato frakce separuje fyzikálním postupem.
